An incident occurred at 6:00am CT that affected the following services: Concierge, Copilot Console, Dev Platform, Articles, LiveChat, and 3rd party interfaces.

The issue was quickly identified and a fix has been implemented.

Services have been restored and our Engineering team are monitoring to ensure there is no further service interruption.
